Description Dungarvin, a national social service provider of supports to those in need, is seeking a Fleet & Insurance Administrator to join the corporate administrative team. Primary Responsibilities:
Provide organization-wide support for company fleet coordination.
Insurance administration including claims processing, monthly billing and distribution of reports for Dungarvin's property/auto/liability insurance.
Oversee property insurance claims and manage Safety First program.
Process driving record checks daily for new hires and annually for all employees.
Receptionist coverage back-up.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
At least 2 years education, training and/or experience relevant to the position
Strong administrative and executive support skills
Ability to process information with rapidness and accuracy
Strong computer skills, in particular MS Word and MS Excel
Highly organized with good time management and decision making skills
High attention to detail and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence, flexibility, self-directedness, a friendly and sociable demeanor, ability to maturely deal with unexpected demands as well as confidential information

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
